a nail artist from ukraine creates manicures with anti-war symbolism and discusses freedom with clients

during the performance, clients share their experiences of how war impacts the daily lives of women. the performance features interviews with beauty industry workers who have chosen to stay and continue working in ukraine. the concept of the performance originated from iris liberty, a recent repatriate to israel, as a part of the "inside and out" laboratory curated by vika privalova for the artivism & solidarity project.
